Jasha and his team are outstanding. After my wife and I had contracted for new flooring for the downstairs I was hospitalized a number of times. Jasha and Marcus were very understanding regarding delaying our installation. After more than 3 months from the original install date Marcus’ team began the installation. The installation was 90 percent complete when a pipe burst flooding the downstairs ruining the flooring just installed. Marcus’ team removed the vinyl flooring the next. After a few days I settled with the insurance copy. Jasha and Marcus were able to purchase new flooring and fit us into their schedule. After a week or two from the flood we had new flooring installed. The work is high quality. Jasha and Marcus were strong supporters during the entire process. I highly recommend this company.
Hands down 5 star experience. Jasha provided the best customer service anyone could ask for. I have a rental that I own on a different island than where I live. I had to re-carpet all 3 bedrooms and stairs after the previous tenants trashed the place. Jasha managed my entire order remotely and kept me in the loop the entire process. He also got the job done in less than 2 weeks to meet my deadline/constraints!! I flew over after the install and the carpet was exactly as Jasha had described. It was the first time I was actually able to see and feel the carpet quality. I put a lot of faith in Jasha and he pulled through. Mahalo!
Highly recommended! Excellent flooring options, customer service & installation service. Jasha has been fantastic to work with. He treats his customers like family. The installation team: Alan, Josh, Skylar and Anthony were so amazing. They worked fast, were courteous, friendly and tidy. They were very careful w our newly painted walls. I would definitely buy from Bougainville again!
Our experience with Bougainville was one of the best. When “Jasha” came into the show room and introduced himself, and began helping us from beginning to the end he was very helpful, professional and kind, especially knowing I didn’t know to much about colors ( he even brought out snapshots of paint colors from his phone to match with shades of carpet)!!! I mean who does that.❤️
In the end he really made us feel like, we made the right choice.
Then comes installation day~
The workers were on time and ready to work.
The “Alan & Josh” team were very fast, efficient and knowledgeable with the instillation of our 2 bedrooms. They were here less then 2 hours from start to finish, from removal of old carpet, insulation, vacuuming and making sure , we were pleased with the job.
We Would highly recommend and use them again.
