• What’s Included: Free wall-to-wall installation applies strictly to qualifying residential carpet projects with an product spend between $3,500 and $6,999, capping at a maximum of 1,500 sq. ft. covered. A complimentary premium cushion upgrade is included exclusively at the $7,000+ spend tier.
• Exclusions: Minimum project size of 400 sq. ft. required to qualify for promotional installation tiers. Condo and highrise projects are subject to a strict $3,500 minimum product spend. Blackberry and Builder-Grade carpet lines are explicitly excluded and do not qualify for this promotion.
• Additional Labor: Custom installation work, stairs, pattern matching, furniture moving, extensive subfloor preparation, tack strip replacement, and rush scheduling requests are not covered under the free installation offer and will be billed at standard store service rates.
