The flooring products they offer are excellent, and what complements this is their unwavering professionalism, which ensured I was well taken care of. The team member who assisted me was a very friendly and charismatic individual named Chase. He demonstrated great expertise and was able to provide alternative ideas when my initial concept was not feasible. I appreciate his ability to understand my vision while also offering different perspectives, which was very helpful given the various aspects involved beyond a linear outlook. I highly recommend visiting them and speaking with Chase if you are considering their services. An outstanding experience deserving more than five stars.

I have been in the market for a nice rug for my living room and living in Hawaii comes with INSANE freight costs. I came across an ad on Facebook saying that the Bougainville flooring store sold remnants of carpet. I decided to swing by and take a look before buying anything online. I will never buy online again!! They had so many options from colors/design to texture and sizes. Guy was extremely helpful and patient and even offered me water in the warehouse. He helped me find the right color for my space and even went to search for the best size to fit my needs. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll be back when it’s time to furnish my bedroom.
